We are an innovative creative company. We take

to new heights for customers around the world.

Social media is a free tool for a charity to use to maximise their exposure and increase the possibility of gaining charitable donations.

People buy from people and build trust in a charity when they can have the opportunity to engage and interact with those behind the brand. Social media gives the opportunity for the charity to convey its’ mission and its’ benevolent activities. Social media opens up a variety of opportunities to share stories of news and events across a wide range of potential patrons and supporters.

Charities can use social media as a method to learn more about their audience – including demographics of location, age and gender. It is a tool that enables charities to have a convenient dialogue with their supporters, allowing instant feedback. Social media helps charities to find new supporters and is a way of increasing the awareness – with additional opportunities to have opening conversations about fundraising.

Simple platforms such as Facebook and Twitter are cost-effective means to drive traffic to your website and improve search ranking through engagement. They are also excellent methods to engage with other charitable organisations who have similar causes and outlooks to your own. They allow you to interact with people you may never normally meet in real-life, enabling you to increase your brand awareness with little or no budget.

Our media lead, Sam has a wealth of experience in setting up and marketing service across the voluntary and care sectors. She has used innovative methods to set up two NHS smoking advice services, project managed the Healthy Bones Service for Plymouth Hospitals NHS Trust, launch the Age UK Plymouth ‘Valuing Lives’ befriending service, launch the Alzheimer’s Society service for Devon, lead a Telecare service for Plymouth, amongst many other roles.

Her experience of developing and marketing these services is unique. She uses her nurse experience and knowledge from her Psychology Degree and marketing studies to engage with potential ‘customers’. She has applied this methodology to her promotion of charities – for somewhat challenging disease areas – in order to lead them to sustainability on limited funds.

She has been successfully using her specialist social media marketing skills to develop and promote services since 2009. Her work is varied and she employs a variety of techniques to get excellent returns on limited investment.

She will listen to your needs and help you to develop your social media strategy. She will help you to plan your content that you need to raise the profile of your charity; which in turn will increase the following and financial support.

With more charities using social media platforms, the need to make your cause stand above others is vital. We can help you to devise targeted campaigns to extend your appeal to audiences you may not have previously been able to reach.

We can work with you on a one-to-one basis, or we do have the capacity to set up bespoke workshops to skill your staff to use social media in line with your brand guidelines.

Social Media offers you the arena to regularly post information about your charity’s news or events. It also allows you to engage with the public to find volunteers, to find staff or to publicise a particular appeal.

We also invite you to join us at networking events and will support you in engaging with potential sponsors face-to-face. We know that networking can seem overwhelming and that there is a need to engage regularly in person. Sam won the Venus Award for the Devon Networker of the Year and the Devon Chamber Business Personality of the Year Award. She will gladly help you gain confidence to network well to successfully promote your brand.
